Dear Customer,
Our records indicate that you have purchased one or more of the below products which we have just put out a voluntary recall notice for so that we can update the warning label.
This recall is simply about the requirement for the warning label to be updated, the product itself remains safe and has passed all the relevant testing as per the Australian standards. Please see the accompanying re-labelling document and copy of new label also attached to this email for reference and remove these from sale until new labels are placed on the items.
Please let us know if you require any of these updated labels and where and whom to send them to.
